I myself am not too technical when it comes to computers, but i know some things.
Thus due to my little knowledge, im not sure where to post this topic, however i figure this may be the right place.
If it isnt, i think a moderator can move it, not sure.
To the problem now.

While using internet almost any internet application, varying from a web browser to an online game words are sometimes replaced by the words RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED so on so forth, the words cut when whenever deemed necessary by the unknown problem.

Does anyone know what my problem is? Is it Fatal or Minor? (Thats my main question, i don't expect to be able to fix it.)

This isnt a fatal problem, i doubt. It seems as though as though you have got some malware on your PC which is causing this. I just did a quick google search and i found another forum where it had obviously happened to someone because there post had them words in it. At PCHF we have a dedicated team of Secuirty Analysts who will be happy to help you. Please follow the PCHF Prework link in my signature, and follow the instructions to post back up here a Hijackthis log and an AVG Antispyware report.

So in your next reply we need:

A Hijackthis log.
An Avg Antispyware report.

The security team will then take a look at it for you and help you sort your problem.
