I've defragged all drives and ran CCleaner to your suggested specifications. It was also suggested to me that the Checkflow Software program is malicious so I removed it.

Are you sure about having too many virus programs? After all, in my system tray I only have a firewall (Sunbelt Kerio), an anti-virus (AVG Free) and an anti-spyware (eTrust). Isn't three the standard protection? The other programs I listed are simply there to be used when selected. What do you suggest I turn off?
