Sorry for the late reply.

Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the following if found:
Ares
WhenUSave

Reboot if prompted. Then navigate to and delete the following folders if still present:
C:\Program Files\Ares\
C:\Program Files\Save\

Rescan with HijackThis and AVG-AS and post the new logs in your next reply
