HI!
I really need to see what is going on. My computers very slow. I have a HP Laptop Celron Windows XP. I use Counterspy daily, Adware SE Personall, Registry Mechanic, Kerio Personal Firewall and Norton Daily, and it seems something always slips in and slows things up.
I also use CC cleaner every day.

We have wireless Internet shared by our townhome community at no cost to me. Some days the Internet is VERY fast, other EXPTREMELY slow. Not only does the internet run slow, but the desktop as well, such as calculator and Outlook.

Can you pleas help? One thing I did notice is that SZserver is in my crurrently running processes. I know that at one point belonged to Stop Zilla, but I dont have Stop Zilla anymore, and I think That is a Virus in Diguise.

Once again can you help please! Thanks!

Please run HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:

Close all other windows and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.


Please go to Online malware scan , click on Browse, and upload the following files one by one for analysis:
 C:\Program Files\Common Files\STOPzilla!\szserver.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svrakweb.dll

Then click Submit. Allow the files to be scanned, and then please copy and paste the results (make sure they are distinct) here for me to see.



P.S. Your Norton appears corrupted. Reinstall it.
