Hi,

Internet explorer keeps crashing when I click a link or when I type something into the address bar, it just crashes then I get that system error box " do i want to send it to microsoft etc". Yesterday I logged on and when I click the explorer I can see a popup box appear then disappear very quickly but can't see any message then sometimes the internet freezes and I can see part of this box on the screen and internet just frozen and needs shut down.
I've got IE6 and XP, can someone please tell me how to uninstall IE6 effectively (it didn't want to do it) so I can reinstall it or is there a simple way or reloading it as new (after I've saved my favourites)

Sounds like malware to me Al, please can you follow PCHF Prework on my sig. Post your Hijack logs back here and a member of security will check them out for you.
