Thanks for the reply. What if it doesnt detect anything? (it may take a while as my comp is quite old).

If it doesn't detect anything, and you are still experiencing your problem, then we can be pretty certain that your issue is not malware-related.

We will then get in the tech team to step in if that is the case.

OK im just waiting for the scan to finish. Its found 12 spyware already.
