Yep, your computer is infected. We'll run some anti-spyware tools to minimize manual removal.

Download: CCleaner (freeware)
|MG| Free Download - CCleaner Slim (No Yahoo Toolbar, English) 1.35.424
Run the installer, and uncheck the option to install Yahoo toolbar (unless you want Yahoo toolbar).
Once installed, run CCleaner click the Windows [tab]
Select the following:

Next: click Options click the Settings tab
Uncheck: "Only delete files older than 48 hrs.", click Ok
Then click Run Cleaner (bottom right) then Exit

Next download Ad-Aware SE Personal and install it. If you already have Ad-Aware SE, please configure it as indicated below. If you have a previous version of Ad-Aware, please uninstall your current version and install the newest version SE 1.06.

1) Run Ad-Aware, and click Check for updates now.

2) Select Configurations (click the Gear wheel at the top) as follows:
  • General Button > Safety & Settings: Check (Green) all three.
  • Tweak Button > Cleaning Engine > UNcheck "Always try to unload modules before deletion".
Click Proceed.

3) To start the scan, Click > "Scan Now" at left
  • Deselect "Search for negligible risk entries" as negligible risk entries (MRU's) are not considered to be a threat.
  • Select "Search for low-risk threats"
  • Select "Perform full system scan"
  • Click Next
4) When the scan has completed, select Next.
  • In the Scanning Results window, select the "Critical Objects" tab.
  • Right-click on the screen and choose "Select all objects"
  • Click Next to remove the infections found, and click OK to the prompt.
  • Restart the computer.

Then download, install, and update AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
  1. Save the installer to desktop
  2. Double click the installer, select your language, and then select OK
  3. Click NEXT>>Do or don't read the "User License Agreement"
    Select I Agree>>>NEXT>>>INSTALL
  4. AVG will now install and afterwards click FINISH
  5. AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 should now Load
  6. Click the Update tab at the top. Under Manual Update click Start update.
  7. After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
  • Click on the Scanner tab at the top
  • Click the "Settings" tab and then change the recommended action to Quarantine and ensure that Automatically generate report after every scan is selected and
Uncheck "Only if Threats are found"
  • Click back to the "Scan" tab and then click on Complete System Scan.
This scan can take quite a while to run, so be prepared.
  • AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 will list any infections found on the left hand side. When the scan has finished, it will automatically set the recommended action. Click the Apply all actions button. AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 will display "All actions have been applied" on the right hand side.
  • Click on "Save Report", then "Save Report As". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again (like on the Desktop). Post the contents in this file, as well as a new HijackThis log.

Please go to Jotti's Online malware scan , click on Browse, and upload the following files one by one for analysis:

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bolt Meow Debug Blue\Window32.exe

Then click Submit. Allow the files to be scanned, and then please copy and paste the results (be sure to separate them distinctly) here for me to see.
