Default [Resolved] Terrible virus problems

About a month ago i acciedentally downloaded something laiden with viruses. I quickly scanned my computer with several virus programs. I deleted the viruses that were there and fixed everything i could. But now my PC is running much, much slower and i get many virus alerts from Norton everytime i turn my computer on. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Delete this file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jhktcih.dll

Then remove this entry from the log.

I can't find this folder. When i go into WINDOWS there is no file called system32.

SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.
To show hidden files instructions (WinXP)
Doubleclick My Computer | Tools | Folder Options | View tab
Select Show Hidden Files and Folders
Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
Select Apply to All Folders | Yes | Apply | OK
