Lets move Hijack This into a folder of Its own.
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
Failure to do so may mean backups, if needed, will not be available.

Run HijackThis and place a checkmark by:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Balm Chic] C:\DOCUME~1\RYAN~1.FAM\APPLIC~1\INSIDE~1\MoreThis. exe
O16 - DPF: {1D0D9077-3798-49BB-9058-393499174D5D} - file://c:\counter.cab

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Close HijackThis. Restart the computer.

Download ATF Cleaner
  • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  • Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Rescan with both AVG and HijackThis and post the 2 logs in your next reply.
