hello to all at PCHF,

i have a annoying problem with windows media player and mcafee antivirus, firstly mcafee just wont install its installation always freezes which is annoyin because im stuck without a antivirus and the other problem with windows media player is that it wont install also well it does but it just wont open once installed. when i try play any sort of media a box pops up saying 'An internal application error has occured' any ideas? heres a screenprint of the mcafee installion freeze screen and my hijackthis log take a look please many thanks
