Default [Resolved] Newbie, Hijack log included....Comp's a mess
Hello, I've just registered today and would like to say thanks in advance to any help I can get. My computer has been acting up for four days now. I've done all the prework suggestions and fixed the probelms that I found so far. Unfortunately, my computer is crazy and is still causing problems. I get tons of pop-ups and when using the internet my page will just disappear, and sometimes it freezes. I haven't had those types of problems in a long time, the last time I had to get a new computer. My last resort is taking it to the shop, Please...Please help me.

These are the things AVG found on my comp: Adware Virtumonde, Trojan Agent vg, and Not-a-virus hoax. win32. I think I've fixed them, but computer is still acting the same way. These are some of the pop-ups: winantivirus 2006, mania tv, and rootv. I have Norton, but it didn't detect anything.

Have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press <Fix checked> and Close HJT.

Open Windows Explorer and delete the following highlighted file/s

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drvcoh.dll


Please download, update and run the A2 (A squared) anti-trojan. Let it fix whatever it wants to.
Anti-virus
Also, run this pc through the...
Panda Online virus scanner
or
Trend Micro Housecall Online virus scanner
Let it delete whatever it finds. If it cannot delete it, then post the log and we will delete it manually.

Post a new log when done...

Ok.To save any confusion,lets do it this way....

Please download the Killbox.
Run Killbox, left click and drag you mouse over the highlighted files below (including filepath) then right click and choose Copy (including filepath) with your mouse, rightclick and choose Copy. Insert your mouse pointer within the box entitled "Full Filepath of File to Delete", rightclick again and choose File > Paste from Clipboard. All the files should now appear in the box (click on the Tab and check to make sure that only the files I have identified as malware and marked for deletion are there). If each file exists, it will appear in blue under that window when you click on it. Click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on > "Delete on Reboot" and click on "All Files". Please do this even if this option is already checked. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, click "Yes". Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot
