I have always sorted problems myself by reading forums and post etc but this one has me stumped. I am also convinced there is other stuff as well....

Hi...
Before we start working with your log, you are running Hijack This from a temporary location.This needs to have its own folder.Please download HijackThis Self-installer
This is a complete installer that installs HijackThis on the computer to C:\Program Files\HijackThis.
It is important that you uninstall the one you have by using Add/Remove programs in your control panel before installing a newer version.

Please download the Killbox.
Run Killbox, left click and drag you mouse over the highlighted files below (including filepath) then right click and choose Copy (including filepath) with your mouse, rightclick and choose Copy. Insert your mouse pointer within the box entitled "Full Filepath of File to Delete", rightclick again and choose File > Paste from Clipboard. All the files should now appear in the box (click on the Tab and check to make sure that only the files I have identified as malware and marked for deletion are there). If each file exists, it will appear in blue under that window when you click on it. Click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on > "Delete on Reboot" and click on "All Files". Please do this even if this option is already checked. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, click "Yes". Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot

Everything you mention works except I cannot do anything other than exit the Killbox application. I copy the entries you mention I then click on Delete on next Reboot and soecify 'all files' but the program never prompts me with "File with be deleted on next reboot, click "Yes". Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot"

What do I press? The only options I have is Exit in the bottom right hand corner... which just exits the application.... I am a little lost.

Can I just say as well I do not use any Symantec products, I have also done an extensive Spybot - AdawareSE session since I posted the first log which has cleared out a few more things I hadnt realised were there. Am I right in saying that (file missing) entries can also be deleted?

Not only has this sorted the machine out but it now running much quicker. I also used to get a problem when shutting down which has now gone as well.

I would like to thank you very much for this help, something I would not have been able to do without such professional help.
