Win32 Trojan Downloader

I did my normal routine spyware/adware scans, and came up with a Win32 Trojan Downloader. I have never had this before and was curious as to what it is and what I should do. I quarentined it with Ad Aware and Spybot S & D. I went ahead and did a HJT scan and log so maybe you can help if there is still a problem. Thanks in advance!!Attachment 3970

Hey Dose808,

According to this site HijackThis Log file your computer is clean

but the site isn't always correct so I'll leave it to the security expert
