Sorry for the delay.

Go to Start > Run and type in Services.msc then click OK

Click the Extended tab.

Scroll down until you find brwmgr32.dll.

Click once on the service to highlight it.

Click Stop

Right-Click on the service.

Click on 'Properties'

Select the 'General' tab

Click the Arrow-down tab on the right-hand side on the 'Start-up Type' box

From the drop-down menu, click on 'Disabled'

Click the 'Apply' tab, then click 'OK'.

Please do the same for avctool.dll.

Can I see a new HijackThis log now?

My bad sorry, I got mixed up.

Please run HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: brwmgr - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\brwmgr32.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: davctool - C:\WINDOWS\system32\davctool.dll

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.

Then,
  • Click Start.
  • Open My Computer.
  • Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
  • Select the View Tab.
  • Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
  • Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
  • Click Yes to confirm.
  • Click OK.
Navigate to and delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\brwmgr32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\davctool.dll

Then restart the computer again and post the new log in your next reply.
