I see you have both AVGFREE and McAfee AV's running next to each other. That is not recommended as they could conflict with each other, and it could cause performence problems.

So I would recommend to disable/uninstall one of those.

Run HijackThis , select to do a "system scan only" and then place a check beside each of the following:
O2 - BHO: SSL encrypt - {746455FE-D059-47e7-AF0E-140E03F5A447} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsl63.dll
O2 - BHO: Banner Rotator - {E954DB82-1533-4714-92F2-59C98D5C18CC} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\brrotate.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{A9-98-85-5B-ZN}] C:\windows\system32\ojdsregl.exe ELT001
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [adstart] "iexplore.exe" "http://iesettingsupdate"

Fix this one only if you, or an system administrator haven't set it yourself, manually or with an app like Spybot:
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

O16 - DPF: {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000} (Shockwave Flash Object) -
Now first close all windows and browsers other then HijackThis , then click Fix checked and close HijackThis.

Manually delete this file:

C:\windows\system32\ojdsregl.exe

After that reboot your pc, and post a new HijackThis log please.
