Hya Helpme123456, welcome to PCHF.

Do you use the LogMeIn remote control software yourself?

First please go to add/remove programs and uninstall these, if present:

WhenUSaveNow
Media Gateway

Now download Brute Force Uninstaller to your desktop.
  • Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All
  • Click "Next"
  • In the box to choose where to extract the files to,
  • Click "Browse"
  • Click on the + sign next to "My Computer"
  • Click on "Local Disk (C: ) or whatever your primary drive is
  • Click "Make New Folder"
  • Type in BFU
  • Click "Next", and Uncheck the "Show Extracted Files" box and then click "Finish".
3. RIGHT-CLICK HERE and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download MediaGateway Remover.
Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU).

Then, please go to Start > My Computer and navigate to the C:\BFU folder.
  • Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe
  • Behind the scriptline to execute field click the folder icon and select MediaGateway.BFU
  • Press Execute and let it do it’s job. (You ought to see a progress bar if you did this correctly.)
  • Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK.
  • Press exit to terminate the BFU program.
After that run HijackThis , select to do a "system scan only" and then place a check beside each of the following:
(if still present)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DaemonTools_WhenUSaveNow_Installer] C:\Program Files\DaemonTools_WhenUSaveNow_Installer\DaemonToo ls_WhenUSaveNow_Installer.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media Gateway] C:\PROGRA~1\MEDIAG~1\MEDIAG~1.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmqjt.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqjt.exe
Now first close all windows and browsers other then HijackThis , then click Fix checked and close HijackThis.

Then manually delete these files/folders:
(if still present)

C:\Program Files\DaemonTools_WhenUSaveNow_Installer
C:\PROGRAM FILES\Media Gateway
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmqjt.exe

After that reboot your pc, and post a new HijackThis log please.

Looking great. Looks like you're all clean.

Do to lack of feedback, and seeing as the pc is clean, marked as Fixed.

Now that you are clean I would like to direct you to the Now That You Are All Clean / Malware Prevention , AKA "Afterwork" to try to limit the change of a reinfection as much as possible.
