this is just the typical stuff, my computer takes pretty long to load up and it tends to crash and freeze a lot. every now and then it randomly crashes and goes to a blue screen telling me i've had a hardware failure and i have to then reboot from a restored point.

i already went through and tried to delete any unessecary programs that might be putting junk and spyware in, but i know that there are probably traces of stuff left behind.

so. i just wanted to double check if theres anything else i can do to clear stuff out and get the system working well again.

Do you have an Gateway pc and/or a Chicony keyboard?


Run HijackThis , select to do a "system scan only" and then place a check beside each of the following:

Now first close all windows and browsers other then HijackThis , then click Fix checked and close HijackThis.

After that reboot your pc, and post a new HijackThis log please.
