well .. after doing some 'minor tweaking', i think a combination of lacking updates and hd space are two key factors... Thanks for your time and effort though, ill eliminate these two issues and see if theres any change

Running out of HD space can indeed cause all kinds of problems and errors.

The Doctor Watson thing is a standard windows program that logs any crashes that your computer may have. Recently I have been having that to as my computer was crashing due to a virus. You don't have to worry about it.
