Default [Fixed] HiJackThis will not delete files

HiJackthis will not let me delete the BHO files or the O15 Trusted Zones. I tried to go to the registry and delete the BHO and it will not delete either. I have run ewido, spybot, adaware, regseeker,, aboutbuster, and cwshredder. I have tried all this in safe mode. I hope someone can help.

Actually, you may want to try this whilst you are waiting: |MG| Free Download - BHODemon 2.0.0.23

I ran the BHODemon and it said access was denied to the registry keys it needs to access. I am logged on as an administrator. I believe something has locked those keys.

I ran in safe mode and got same error. I found where to set permissions for the Browser Helper Object folder and it let me change the permissions so that BHODemon could run. I tried to change the permissions on the subkeys and it would not let me. Access denied. BHODemon has located the BHO and identified them. Now what do I do with that? I don't see a place to delete. Here is the BHO list attached.
