Hi gentilucci, and welcome to PCHF.

Firstly, please start HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oaeiu] C:\Documents and Settings\User\Dati applicazioni\torafacire\systrvsm.exe O15 - Trusted Zone: www.xxx
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.xyy
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.xyz

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.

Download and install Ewido Anti-Spyware 4.0
Once installed
In Ewido: Set the following please
Under the STATUS setting>>Next to "Resident Shield" change the state from Active to Inactive
Under the UPDATE setting>>Click the START UPDATE button to download the latest updates
Under the SCANNER setting>>Under How to Act?>>Select "Recommended Actions" and then select "QUARANTINE"
Select the SCAN tab and do a "Complete System Scan"

Let this run uninterrupted, when it's done perform the action of quarantining all objects
When done, select the REPORTS tab>>Highlight the Scan you just ran and click the
"SAVE REPORT AS" button
Save this report to your desktop.

Thats great to hear Gentilucci.

But it looks like Chia forgott to ask if you could post the Ewido log, and a new HJT log. Then we can check if everything is gone for sure.

Do to lack of feedback, and seeing as the pc is clean, marked as Fixed.

Now that you are clean I would like to direct you to the Now That You Are All Clean / Malware Prevention , AKA "Afterwork" to try to limit the change of a reinfection as much as possible.
