i have this problem where my internet connection jump say im playing a game "counter-strike" "battle field2" im in game and every few seconds i get this lag where im just frozen and it say warning connection problem and i also when im tlaking in ventrilo it gets lag where my ping shoots up woth 10000+

All I can see here to remove are these two.Also delete the (red) folder

It is a adware that tracks the Web sites visited and sends keywords searched on popular web searches like google to a remote site.
