Your log is fine...apart from these two which need to be removed..


O2 - BHO: SS SS Plugin - {1D1B2879-99FF-11E3-8D96-D7ACAC95952A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Haxorwb.dll (file missing)
O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pol icies\System, DisableRegedit=1


Post a new log when done and let us know if things are any better,

Run HJT and have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press <Fix checked> and Close HJT.

O.k thanks for that I can enable "regedit" now but i still have run and shutdown missing.
