not really redirected to it only if i put in a bad url like www.asdaf.com it will pop-up that page...

I think that is something from Firefox , and that its just a matter of that search preferences or websettings may have to be reset but i dont use Firefox myself. I'll send a PM to someone who does use Firefox to see if he knows whats up.

Unfortunately, I can't say that this would be a FireFox problem. Joe, I think either I'm wrong or you have more work to do...

Joe, will rootkits do this type of stuff? They probably won't appear to most scanners.

Never seen that before.. lol. Doesn't firefox have something like I.E.s "restore web settings" option?

That depends, what does IE's "restore web settings" button do? As you can tell, I don't use IE anymore .
