Thanks so much for your help,

You could also have uploaded it directly to that site , but if you know what it is and use it then it should be ok.
But you send the wrong file btw:

scanning the file "b7aa8ff.jpg" file.

Have you already asked youre friend what he has send , and what the intention of it was?

Joe5,

Sorry Joe, that .jpg file is the one I was questioning. I have not and probably will not ask the "friend" what he sent and the intention because I don't believe I would get an honest answer. It was crazy in that that particular .jpg file seemed to add more pictures and I have never had one to do that before.
Anything else to try?
Thanks for all your help,
DD1

Im not really sure what to make of it.

Joe5,

It was a .jpeg that was an attachment to an email sent to me.
Thanks,

Hi guys,

Reading thru this thread reminded me of a prank on of the boys at work pulled on a co-worker a few months back to teach him not to "hide" his pw in his address book. he simply logged in as the guy and took a screenshot of his inbox and taped the pic on his monitor. could jjust as easly emailed it to him

Thanks Tempest 4 two,

This "friend" had access to the password because all of my hard drive info was copied onto an external jhard drive. However, the b7aa8ff has added pictures since I received the email and I don't understand why that particular .jpeg file adds pictures to it.
Thanks,
DD1

Im not sure if i understand , so he send an email with one single jpeg as attachment? Then where do the "new" pictures of emails show up? Does the email have two or more jpegs attached all of a suddon , or is it being "added" to the first pic somehow?

But it indeed sounds like just a joke and since you have changed youre password it shouldn't happen anymore i think.
