OK, so far, what I see is that you have WAY too many anti virus and anti malware programs runnning at one time. Please read the article PCHF Protect Your PC, link is in my signature.

You must not have more than one anti-virus program running at one time, they will conflict with each other and cause problems. Also, it is recommended that you run only one anti-spyware, and one firewall at any given time. I was not able to ascertain whether or not you had a firewall running.

I looks as tho you have spent a good deal of money on the multitude of antivirul, and antimalware programs that you have. Choose only one of each to run all of the time, and use the rest to scan with when and if you need them.

Rerun ewido to remove the cookies, let it fix everything that it finds.

You can fix the following with HijackThis;

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O16 - DPF: {3A7FE611-1994-4EF1-A09F-99456752289D} - http://install.wildtangent.com/Activ...veLauncher.cab
Once you have your computer configured so that you have one Anti-Virus, one Anti-Spyware, and one Firewall running, I would suggest that you do a registry cleaning, and a defrag. RegSupremePro, is a 30 day free trial, but an EXCELLENT registry cleaner.

Download it from my signature, and install it. When it runs it will want to make a back up of your cache, let it. Click on the Registry Cleaning tab, select Aggressive. When it has finished, click on Select, choose All. Click on Fix, and let it fix everything that it finds.

To defrag, right click on My Computer, choose Manage. Click on Storage, Disk Defragmenter. Have the utility Analyze your computer to determine the level of fragmentation, then click on Defragment.

Once you have done these, please post back and let us know if you are having any further difficulties.

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

LGW

These can also be added to the fix list:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe
O2 - BHO: Great Offers Displayer - {CE05B815-6F98-4ADD-AEB7-60BB2D4264F1} - c:\WINDOWS\bh.dll
And also see if this tool finds anything:

How do I fix those though? Is it ok to have Microsoft Defender and AVG AntiVirus on PC? Here is a logfile of Ewido Scan that I did in safe mode just now. Also a log of HiJackThis Scan.

To fix those just start hjt , select "do a system scan only" and place a tick infront of the entry's LGW and i listed , then you press "fix checked" at the bottem left.

But i only see Windows Defender and Ewido , plus AVGFree as AV. And Ewido is only a trial and was needed for the prework , i dont see any problems there and im not sure what LGW had in mind.

I would even advice to get more protection , i dont see a firewall running on youre pc and to be better protected a firewall is a must. Or do you have a hardware firewall?

This is not really a big deal right now for me. Could you read my microsoft office problem? It's on the bottom of the list on the recent topics.
