Also now when I boot my PC it goes to the screen where it asks you to logon, like choose Owner of whatever. Why is it doing this?

OK fine but I recommend that you run both the ATF Cleaner and the Regclean because that will help to solve some of the problems that you are having with your Windows Defender.
