Hey there ineverwin

Please try not to post duplicate threads, if you are unsure of where to place the post then just put it where you think it should go and ask if its in the correct area.

Do you have any antivirus software installed on your machine?
If not then you better install something soon, you can get a free version of AVG from here - http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
Install the antivirus and download the latest updates, if you already have one install make sure you download the latest virus definitions for it.

That process is also related to the W32.Sober virus, download the following tool and run it, it should help remove the virus.

Uuhhmm... so the only reason you think it is a virus is because of the google search results? I would stop trying to delete services.exe , you might succeed somehow..lol.

Services.exe is normally a perfectly legit and indeed critical system process and should not be removed!
There are indeed also virusus using the same name or the legit file could be infected by a virus but it sounds like you are trying to delete the legit one.

Any reason for thinking youre pc is infected?

Services.exe should always have been there , it could be that there is a second one now on youre pc , that is a possibility.

But if you post an Hijackthis log then i'll have a look what is going on and see if i can fix it.

See download link for Hijackthis below in my sig , run the app , select the top option to "do a system scan and save a log file" , and then please attach the log for me to look at.
