OK, I ran another hjt scan and checked for that file and didn't see it, I went to the folder you specified and didn't see those files. In safe mode I ran Ewido(log attached), Spy Bot S&D, Ccleaner, and then HJT(log attached). I have found that no matter what search I do from any search engine, the first two entries I click on will be redirected. After I am redirected twice and I go back and click it again, then it will take me to the proper site listed by the search engine. I have no idea what's going on here. Any suggestions?

Some new stuff in there , boot in safemode and fix these two with hjt:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmahc.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmahc.exe
Manually delete the file in bold , reboot , and post a new hjt log again please.

Let's hope thats the last of it , and no more redirects.
