Hi there Taya , welcome to PCHF.

Looks pretty good , not much wrong here.

But these can be fixed with hjt:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)
O2 - BHO: AcroIEHlprObj Class - {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - (no file)
And it seems you have no firewall , have a look for free firewalls in our download section.

If the above doesn't help , then give this a try:

Do I just delete them?
I already tried the cd/dvd fixer thing...it's not that.
All I'm trying to do is burn some photos to cd and it won't burn!!!
It will read a cd but not burn one.
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks

If you start hjt , select the option "to do a system scan only" , then putt a tick infront of those entry's and press the "fix checked" button at the bottum left youre done.

And this is an other option to try:

1. Click on START button, the click on RUN
2. Enter REGEDIT and press enter
3. When REGEDIT starts, open up the following folders:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
Class
{4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

4. After clicking on {4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} you should see two settings on the right-hand side:

"Upperfilters"
"Lowerfilters"

Rightclick on each of them, press DELETE and click YES.

5. Then close REGEDIT, shutdown & restart your PC.

Tried that already and...nothing! Not sure what happpened. I checked all the cables and it's all hooked up right...it reads a cd/dvd if I put one in..it just won't burn one. It says "Please insert a writable cd" And I do but it says I didn't. Ahhhhhh...How frustrating computers are! But...all the same, we gotta love em!
Thanks sooo much for the help

Have you tried it with cd's and also dvd's? They have separete lenses for cd's and dvd's , so if one lens is damaged or dirty then you should still be able to use the other.
