Wow, it's been a while! Well, after some time away from my computer, I've come to find that there are a few troublesome things on it.

Hi Gray.

I would uninstall MarketBrowser in add/remove programs but other then that i see no problems.

Any specific problems with youre pc?

Hmm...that's odd. Well, when I ran a virus scan two days ago, I got this:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\hkcmd.exe
[DETECTION] Is the Trojan horse TR/Bobax.AO


So, I figured that something would've been wrong, but I guess not...

Hmm.. Yeah , you do have an hkcmd.exe running on youre pc.. But that is a legit file afaik , and its running from the correct location..

Wich app detected it? And upload the file to this site and report back the result please:

I loaded up the file and AntiVir continues to say that it's infected; oddly enough, it appeared as clean.

Even the Antivir scanner on that site says its clean.

AntiVir 6.34.0.24 04.20.2006 no virus found

Is youre version of antivir upto date?


But it looks like a false positive to me , you could run one or more online AV scans to make sure if you want. See link below in my sig.
