All four are still there somehow..

I would expect that the 020 entry could give problems , therefor the Process explorer and Killbox instructions , but the rest shouldn't.

Could you try the instructions i posted again , and when looking for those two files make sure hidden files and folders are set to show:

1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
4. If you see a warning message, click Yes.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click OK.

hey joe, this kay, fay's sister. She can't try any of that yet. I posted a new topic under monitors because her monitor will not come on now. The power light keeps blinking on and off. Blue had answered her. I am waiting to hear back from her on the phone so I can answer Blue. I think she may have to replace her monitor, if she does, can she continue where you had left off. She is hoping you will still be able to help her. Thanks.

It's me, Fay. I am now back online. I got the new monitor today and tech support told me it could be the power strip i am using; that it might not be strong enough for the LCD. So, to prevent future incidents, I am plugging my monitor into the wall socket.
Anyway, I am now ready to continue where we left off. I am sending a new hijackthis log also. Thanks
