Please help ASAP! I have downloader-avq and spy-agent.an according to my virus scanner. Log's attached.

Can you fix the following entries using Hijackthis:

• R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.hp.com/info/e-center-p
• O2 - BHO: NAV Helper - {BDF3E430-B101-42AD-A544-FADC6B084872} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll (file missing)
• O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [windows] c:\temp\svchost.exe

And manually delete the file in bold.
Once you have done that can you click on 'Prework' in my signature and run the Ewido Scan and post the log once completed.
