I fixed my immedate problems with the vundofix.exe.
But would like to check to see if anything else needs to be taken care of.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you fix these with hjt then youre log is clean:

O2 - BHO: DosSpecFolder Object - {3E1BEA96-02D9-4992-B508-9B51819D9D86} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mllmj.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {77701e16-9bfe-4b63-a5b4-7bd156758a37} - (no file)
