is there something wrong with my comp.
also i cant bring up my task manager with ctrl+alt+del anymore
it says turned off by administrator...i was thinking some virus may have caused this
any time i turn off my pc a window pops up and says shutting doen something like dde.exe (may be wrong)

Uninstall AdwareFilterToolbar in add/remove programs if present.

Then boot in safemode (hit f8 when booting up) and fix these with hjt:

Reboot to normal mode and then do a Panda online AV scan here:

And post the log from it , plus a new hjt log.
