the 1st file by scaniing "choose file by extension " under "setting"

Hi there Yoyo , welcome to PCHF.

You can let Ewido fix all those entry's , the're save to remove.
And after you have Ewido fix these , please run Hijackthis and post a log from that plus the new Ewido log.

Did you run Ewido in the mean time and let it fix the problems it found already?
It is not finding anything that it ignored the last time.

Download and run hijackthis:

Select the top option "do a system scan and save a log file" and then attach the Hijackthis log to a post.
