Welcome to PCHf,

We will find it easier to help you if you follow our tried and tested route for removing Spyware/Malware here: http://www.pchelpforum.com/hijackthi...r-hjt-log.html

Once you have completed that procedure, please post the 2 logs that you end up with, back into this thread as attachments.

OUCH , OUCH and OUCH... After a quick look in that log my advice would be to format and start fresh. That pc is really REALLY badly infected and will take alot of work to get clean.

If you have problems and/or questions with formatting , just ask , or in the case that a formatt isn't an option and you really want to try to clean it , let me know.

I have to say that if Joe says it's too badly infected to continue then I respect that. He is an expert in his field and is very well respected for his opinion on all matters to do with Spyware and Virus removal. Best thing to do is back up your essential files and follow the re-format route.

Make sure you protect yourself fully in the future against this type of infection.

Hi bluecanvas!
My welcome to PC Help Forum!

First of all, make sure you back-up all your essential files.
Then, could you please create a new thread in our Windows XP or 98/ME section, depending on what system you want to install to it?

Bluefish
