My problem is that when Im on a web site and wish to contact the owners by clicking on the"Contact me @____"I get an error saying that my computer cannot find BLANK.EXE.I cant find anything about this problem on the other forums that Ive been to.

Sounds like you could have some malware on youre pc. If you click on the "Prework" link below in my sig , follow those instructions and post the 2 resulting log files then we'll have a look at that.
