Hi alan311264!
Welcome to PC Help Forum!

There are many possible reasons why your computer is running incredible slow.
Can you follow on with the Prework instructions HERE and post back the logs to see if this is malware related?
Also, can you post your system specifications please?

Bluefish

Please wait until one of our Security Team members are online to take a look at your logs.
In the meantime, do you know your system specifications?
You can eventually find them here:

Hi Alan.

Is E: a cd/dvd drive on youre pc? If yes then fix this entry with hijackthis:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TrustInstaller] E:\Setup.EXE
Other then that i see nothing wrong in youre log.

Im pretty sure the system specs are the prob here , especially the ram. A winXP sp2 machine needs more then 128 mb to run proper , and for 128 mb ram you also have quitte some things running on there.

I would advice to try to get some more ram atleast , or even an complete other system with better specs.
