After my pc is infected by virus win 32, xxxx, even though i have cleaned the virus by using norton virus 2006my folder option is missing and i can not open my regedit as well, i hav try many ways : repair the os by reinstalling it, and try to open folder option by type control folders in RUN box, and try to copy the folder option shortcut from another computer, but they dun work , hopefully, there is someone who can help me, thanx in advance

What do you mean with "control folders" and "folder option shortcut" ?
