Now try to fix this one again with hjt (in safemode):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winsync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\yqrqcc.exe reg_run

And delete the file in bold.

If it still doesn't go stay away , then run RKFiles and Findqoologic again and post new logs from them please.
