Hi again Wynford.

Do you have all those anti spyware apps running constantly on youre pc , or do you only manually scan with them?

It is not recommended to use multiple anti spyware apps at the same time , or they will conflict with each other , and cause performence problems. You should only have one running all the time , but you can manually scan with as many as you want.

And to check for malware , please follow the instructions in the "Prework" link below and post the 2 resulting log files , then i'll have a look at those.

That shouldn't be the problem then if you use them manually. And you are right , one might pick up what others might miss indeed.

Did you also see this part? Because even with all the apps you use , there is still a good change that there is something that they all miss.

No real prob , but attaching the log was enough. Can you also attach the Ewido log?

First have a look in add remove programs for "Netmeter" and uninstall it if present there.

Then boot in safemode (hit f8 when booting up) and fix these with hjt:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int ernet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [C:\Program Files\NetMeter\NetMeter.exe] C:\Program Files\NetMeter\NetMeter.exe
And then delete the folder in bold.
