I had some virus and trojans that I have successfully cleaned by following posted instructions. All issues have been resolved except this: I have not been able to run Panda Scan to try to clean out any other crud. I have been able to run Trend Micro's online scan and it finds nothing. All other recommended programs find nothing (AdAware, Spybot, Ewido, Avast AV) but when I try to run the online Panda Scan I get a warning from my Avast AV that there is a Win32: CTX worm and that I should abort the connection. I do so, and the connection to the Panda Scan is interrupted and therefore not completed.

There are no other obvious issues.

Is this a false alarm or do I still have some residue to be cleaned out? I am attaching a HJT log for examination.

That is indeed a false positive and nothing to worry about.

but i would fix this one with hjt:
