i did all of that. i still noticed when i boot up teatimer still blocks it from running so i know it is still there. i turn teatimer off and delete the two that keep coming back and it deletes them but they are come back on reboot. any ideas. here is my newest log file. thanks

Yup , its still there , you need to turn off spybots teatimer or it wont work.

Turn off teatimer and repeat the fix.

i have have turned off spybot teatimer and did all the steps. when i am in safe mode teatimer is NOT running. when i reboot my computer surf sidekick is still tries to run. i am not sure what else to try. i dont think teatimer is the problem here. no matter what i do surf sidekick keeps coming back. do you have any other ideas.
