Default wow......

it's still going. It says there were 99.815 infected objects (all of which were in my Firefox directory in the form of a cookie of some kind...)

It's only up to 28054 files cleaned right now. I'm going to bed! Catch ya in the morning!

(wondering why the hell we pay for Norton and all that **** for when it doesn't find 99815 infected files anyway!!!)

Night!

That are just tracking cookies (lots and lots though :cheesy: ) , but nothing to really worrie about.

You might have to remove those entry's from the Ewido log or it will be to big to attach. (everything with "cookie" in it)

Looks clean to me , only a Netscape plugin that needs to be removed:

F:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\Plugins\npwthost.dll

I dont use Netscape , but there should be an option to remove plugins i think?

Thumbs up thanks for the help guys....

system seems to be running a WHOLE ot smoother now. We'll see for how long though!! ;-)

Had a problem re-installing Firefox but after the 3rd time.....it was fine.

Now I have to keep a close eye on the cookie situation because it OBVIOUSLY isn't really deleting em when you tell it to. Looks like it just "moved" em.

I posted about this problem on the Mozilla board and right away everyone starts jumping in yelling "whoa.....looks like we have an IE lover here!!!"

Some people just crack me up!!!

Thanks again......
