Default [Resolved] SKU111.CAB & CramToolBar - Log Posted - Help Pls

Have been having problem with machine lately since acquiring the malware Cram Toolbar. Tried to delete this in Add/Remove programs, but did not work. Friend told me about Hijack This, so I ran, and am posting to this.

Also, don't know if this is separate issue or not, but since trying to remove Cram, every time I try to start an Office application, I get msg that Windows cannot find SKU111.CAB file - even after reinstalling software.

Thanks.

 Hey OlineCoach,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a wonderful team of techs here, and I am sure that we can help you get rid of the rlms (rotton little monsters) that have invaded your PC.

First of all, because it helps to initialize the process of identifying and removing malware, can you please follow the instructions for PreWork in my signature. Make sure that you have HijackThis running from its own folder, and not from a temp folder or your desktop. Then post back with the ewido and new HJT logs.

Look forward to your post,

TTFN
