I do have SP2 on the computer. I did try a some of the other firewalls and pop up blockers with no affect. I use yahoo a lot might be why I have so much yahoo stuff showing up. I did not find any yahoo toolbars. I did a custom install for my yahoo messenger and unchecked it. My system restore is disabled. Hasn't been enabled for a while. I'll download the spy sweeper and the regsupremepro and try them out.

The regsupremepro costs to use. I got rid of a couple adware with the sweeper. I'm starting to have problems with web sites not wanting to load.

Actually RR, the RegSupremePro has a 30 day trial. See

License

These downloads are free 30-day trials that contain all the features of the full versions. The products do not contain any nag screens, spyware or advertisements. That is our guarantee!

I really reccomend that one for its Aggressive option in its Registry Cleaner function.

 Yeah, I think I had something like 1200 fixes the first time I ran it. Great program isn't it?

So have you noticed any difference in the Popup situation?

Looking forward to your reply,

So far I haven't seen anymore yet. I'll keep searching to make sure the problem is fixed.
