Let Ewido run again and then let it fix this entry:

or delete the folder in bold manually.

Also since you are already using Spybot , you can uninstall Ewido or disable its autoprotect after removing the above entry , 2 running anti spyware apps can cost performence.

And i see you didn't disable Messenger. Do you use it? If not then i really would recommend to disable it.

Did the defrag help , or the scandisk bring anything up?
