Actually youre Ewido log is also clean , tracking cookies are nothing to worry about.
To rebuilt youre boot.ini:
1.Boot with XP CD or 6 floppy boot disk set.
2.Press R to load the Recovery Console.
3.Type bootcfg and press enter.
And if windows boots after that:
go to start / run and in the run window type in:
sfc /scannow >enter
Have you XP CD in youre drive, and it'll run itself, replacing any missign or damaged protected XP files.
And if that has no effect:
Go to start/run type: msconfig and on the startup tab , remove all ticks there and see if the problem is still there.
If not , then try to eneble everything one by one untill you find whats causing the reboots.
