Looks good sofar , Ewido removed a couple of nasty's.

Did you also run Spysweeper to get rid of that Look2me infection? If not , then please run it.

And can you post a new hjt log? (after Spysweeper has run)

Hmm it sounds like you have a corrupt account, are you able to create another user account and then transfer all your information from your desktop/my documents e.t.c over to the new account.

Someone from the security will be online shortly and he will be able to check your log file.

That could be importend because if only that account is infected with a specific infection then it won't show on the other accounts.

Have you tried to log on in safemode with that account and run the instructions/apps?

Maybe because this is a free service and we aren't online 24/7...:icon_scra

The log from this account is clean , as above , try to run the other account in safemode since that is the infected account.

ok i ran my computer in safe mode on my default account that had the restart problem. i ran ewido security suite and spy sweeper. both found quite a few infections. i deleted all of them. then i ran ccleaner in safe mode on that same account and when everything was done i shut down my computer and restarted it logged back into that account and it was still restarting! also when i start up my computer it says invalid boot.ini booting from c:\windows or something of that sort maybe that has something to do with it.
