Hya Themig , welcome to pchf.

Actually youre log looks pretty good , you can uninstall "EmpirePoker" in add and remove programs if you don't want it but other then that it looks clean.

Do you have any specific problems with youre pc?

I have a

pentium 4 3.0 gigahertz

1gig ram

and my pc has been pretty slow and it takes for ever to start some programs..i also have toruble with aim it always freezes up?

Have you run a defrag lately? And do you have enough free space on youre hd?

I defrag constantly and I have cc cleaner, cleanup! and advanced windows care but i don't know it doenst seem to be runing so moothly.

Hey Guys,

@themig, you might want to try some other diagnostic tools to look for malware and clean up your registry, that can log you down too. Download Spy Sweeper and RegSupremePro from my signature.

Install and run Spy Sweeper, update it's definitions, next click on Options, Sweep Options, make sure that all options except Do Not Scan System Restore Files, are checked. Click on Sweep Now, Start. Quarantine everything that it finds.

Run CCleaner, with all options selected, including Advanced.

Install and run RegSupremePro. It will want to make a backup of your cache, let it. When it has finished, click on Registry Cleaner and select Aggressive. Let it run. When it has finished, click on Select, choose All. Click on Fix, let it fix everything that it has found.

See if those make any difference,
